This Privacy Policy describes how Retropa handles information when you use our app and official website.
The policy applies to data processed directly by us and does not override third-party platform policies such as Apple's App Store terms.

Retropa is designed to minimize data collection. Most gameplay artifacts, such as save states and imported files, remain on your device unless you explicitly share them.
We may collect limited technical diagnostics, crash metadata, and anonymous usage metrics to improve stability and feature quality.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected data to maintain app reliability, detect abuse, understand product quality trends, and deliver support responses.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your imported game files for advertising profiling.
4. Storage and Security
User-generated emulator data is primarily stored on-device. Where cloud or backend processing is involved, we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we continuously review protections and incident response controls.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict processing of personal data. You may also object to certain processing activities.

官网仅在你允许后加载 Google Analytics。它使用 Cookie 统计页面访问、功能浏览与下载按钮点击，并会处理浏览器和网络请求信息。自定义事件不包含 ROM 名称、完整来源网址、任意查询参数或支付信息。
你可以在页脚的隐私设置中拒绝或撤回许可。许可选择保存在本机；下载无需同意统计。App Store campaign 数据仅用于汇总分析，不代表能够识别同一个网站访客与 App 用户。Google Analytics 的保存期限按项目后台配置执行；隐私请求请联系 [email protected]。
